For preorder products, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and fulfilment before delivery. Customers will be informed of any significant delays.

For products that are ready for dispatch, estimated delivery within South Africa is 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
